By installing the Right Click Pro Chrome Extension, creating an account, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Right Click Pro.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Right Click Pro ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Right Click Pro. By using the service, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Right Click Pro is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered writing assistance, including:

To use AI features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pro and Team plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends.
To cancel auto-renewal, go to: Extension popup → Settings → Manage Subscription, or email billing@rightclickpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge automatically. You will receive an email notification of the failed payment. You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Your data and saved responses are retained during this period.
If you are not satisfied with Right Click Pro Pro or Team plan within the first 7 days of your first paid charge (not trial), you may request a full refund. To request a refund:
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds are available once per account. Abuse of this policy may result in account suspension.
Refunds for yearly plans are pro-rated for the unused portion within the first 7 days only. No partial refunds are issued after 7 days.
You agree to use Right Click Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, without refund.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that:
All content, design, code, and materials in Right Click Pro are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all text you submit to Right Click Pro and all saved responses you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your submitted text solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim any ownership over the AI-generated output returned to you.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Right Click Pro, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable due to:
We do not provide refunds or credits for service downtime unless it exceeds 72 consecutive hours in a billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time from the extension settings or by emailing support@rightclickpro.com. Upon termination:
We may terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms. We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice to all users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Right Click Pro shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@rightclickpro.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of Right Click Pro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
